Not able to connect to live for the past. 2 days. Xbox can connect to network but fails at Internet. Help please

Perform a hard reset EXACTLY like this.

Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

... ok I will give up, maybe it's my bad that I didn't raised that problem in first two weeks... but it's not 100% my foult.

I was offline for couple of days, but I connected to xbox live and still no update. I did NOT recover my account until like 2 days after I connected back to xbox live. So the achievements should be there!

Had the "no longer connected to xbox live" 4 times in the last 2 days. Thought it was a problem with my router but glad it's not just me.
