Xbox Live Forced Sign Out

Hello,

Before we start, can I please assure everyone that my NAT setting is 100% open. I’m creating this post because the NAT issue is the only answer I can find about this and it is not the issue here.

My NAT is already open.

What is happening, is my Xbox One will start up, auto-sign me into Xbox Live as per my settings and then half a second later kick me off and tell me to sign back in with my password.

It does this every now and then and when it does it will do it forever until I enter my password; switching it off and on again (at the wall) does nothing.

This is after I left my Xbox powered down since this morning after it did it then.

It’s as if my Xbox wants to test me to make sure I still remember my password; like some kind of paranoid security requirement.

It’s annoying and I want it to stop.

I am the only one who uses my console; my profile is the only one on it. I am slso the only one who uses my wifi network and the only one who knows the password (I bloody hope so anyhow).

I understand security is important, but this is the highest form of irritation. Someone please tell me how I can fix this.

We'd be happy to help with this odd auto sign out issue that you're experiencing. Since you're the only account currently on the console, let's try briefly removing your
profile, power cycle, then redownload your profile again.

After doing those steps, are you still being auto signed out of your console?
