Xbox live fault

    I tried to log on to Fortnite and it says you need an Xbox live account, which I bought the 3 month subscription 1 month ago? What’s happening?

    having problems finding my DLC please help

    I saw in Lionshead forums that it was xbox lives fault. If you look at the download there is supposed to be like 106 kb but there is only 56 kb loaded and so they say its xbox lives fault

    I think fault is pointing at Microsoft considering I can use my internet and other services besides xbox live. PS3 is able to connect to it's network, so how is that Verizons fault that it won't connect to Xbox Live?

    I'm in Spain, so the country supports xbox live.

    And I've tried all the options of your support web. It's not my fault, it's Microsoft fault.

    controller fault or xbox fault?

    Controllers come with a limited 90 day warranty so you may be able to exchange or repair it. If you've exhausted all other troubleshooting options (which it seems like you have) I would go that route
