Xbox live family, sharing across consoles?

You would have to set YOUR console back to your home.

It will really only effect anyone else who uses your console. It also prevents from Auto Downloads starting on your system. So if you bought a game online via xbox.com you would have to go start the install on your system manually.

Or just set your own console as your Home again. That'll remove it from hers.

Gold sharing can be done, but there is a certain way that it has to be done and there are limitations.

Key points.

1. Your daughter's console will have to be your "Home" console. (this will need to have your profile and her profile on it)

2. The Console at your house can have any other accounts on there, but in order for them to use the Gold features you will have to be logged in as well.

3. Your daughter will be able to play games online and access your Digital purchase games on her console without you needing to log in because her console is your "home" one.

She would need to set whatever gamertag has gold as her home. Follow these steps.

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
2. Select System > Settings > Personalization, and then select My home Xbox.
3. Do either of the following:
   • Select Make this my home Xbox to designate the console as your home Xbox.
   • Select Remove this as my home Xbox to remove the designation.

That means if YOUR gamertag has the Gold she would need to set that one as her home. Then games/gold you have share with her.

She would either need to have her own, or the account that has gold would need to set her console as their Home console (this would disable sharing on your current console though).
