    Xbox live error code 801540A9 in Xbox 360


    I've been trying to connect on the console and it is giving an error saying
    "Sorry, there's a problem with the credentials that you're using to sign in: Go to https://account.live.com to fix the problem"

    I've created a two-step verification as well as the App password; but am not winning at all.

    Just to verify was your account associated with a parent or child account? If yes I suggest you to follow the steps in this support link:

    support.xbox.com/.../error-code-801540A9

    It doesn't matter if it is in the xbox one section for as I see it this is an account issue.
