Xbox Live error 121010 when opening Microsoft Solitaire Collection on Android or Ipad

First you should try signing out of the Microsoft Store.

Click your Profile picture at the top right > click your account > sign out.

Restart your phone or iPad, and sign back into the store to see if that fixes it.

et impossible de trouver la solution.Si je dit annuler le message je peux jouer quand même Microsoft solitaire collection mais quand je me reconnecte l le message réapparait toujours

This reply from M3tal Daz3 is the only thing that comes up when I search for what to do about MS Solitaire Collection Error Code 121010, however, is does NOT address 121010 at all.
