    Xbox Live Enfrocement Dept is uncontactable so not accountable for their actions


    My son has been on xbox live for a number of years with a perfect record.

    All of a sudden he is banned pernenantly with the only explination being that he is accused of cheating.

    (He is 13 years old and does not even know what modding is - now we do)

    I logged a case review sayin that he has not cheated in any way and requested the reason for pernemant ban.

    Yes permenant ban form a perfect record

    The case was reviewed at 23h00 and an email was sent saying that i could provide additional info

    I did not read the email as I was asleep.

    The decision to uphold the ban was made within and hour and half - case closed - still banned.

    Now there is no way of cotacting the enforcment team (no phone, no chat, no email)

    I am being forced to accept a ban without knowing any details of the offence other than Cheating.

    It seems that all roads for review lead to the enforcement team, BUT you cannot contact them so they are unaccountable for their actions but want to hold us accountable for "Alledged" actions.

    Very Frustrated, spent a ot of money on Xbox, and cannot discussmy case with anyone.

    doesn't matter

    Their actions are their own and have no bearing on your enforcement

    It doesn't matter who starts the fight anyone who breaks the rules is accountable for their own actions

    Below and Email I sent to Microsoft Support and received another dead end response referring me to Enforcement website

    Hi Sean



    Thank you for the prompt response.



    The account profile or game tag concerned is “xxxxxxxxx”



    I believe that I am a victim of a very simple mistake or error on the part of Microsoft that has had a significant negitive impact on me, that
    may even violate Microsoft own terms and conditions.



    I acknowledge that a permanent suspension is very serious and occurs only when a very serious violation is detected.



    The problem is that I am unaware of the violation and no one will provide any details on what violation occurred.

    Surely if it is indeed very serious Microsoft can provide some specific details on the violation.



    It seems that I have been tried and found guilty of an offence unknown to me and sentenced to life without any reason.



    If I have committed a violation I will be happy to accept the consequences but I am unaware of what I am accused off.



    I strongly think that there has been a simple error on the part of the Enforcement Team which has resulted in undue penalty on me, or my account
    has been hacked in some way.



    I am asking that someone reviews the reason for suspension and provides me with some detail so that I can accept the reason for suspension.



    When ? Where ? What ? Which Game ? was the Violation (Some specific detail , not just “Cheating”)



    Up until now I have not received a satisfactory response from Microsoft on this matter and continue to be unfairly punished.



    I have spent a significant amount on purchasing games and content ( 22k ) and to be blocked from downloading the content I purchased is likened
    to theft.



    Apologies for the tone of the email but I am very frustrated and don’t seem to be making any progress on a very simple matter.

    Each account is treated the same when the enfrocement team enforces the Code Of Conduct. So it doesn't matter if you are a child or adult they are the same.

    Last night (29/6/2015 at around 11:45pm) The enforcement team changed my gamertag. I have had that gamertag for a long time and I paid to to get it. I want that gamertag back because there is no problem with that gamertag otherwise it would have been changed
