Xbox Live Enforcement with no date

Hello Xbox community,

I wonder if anyone has received the same enforcement as I did a couple of months ago:

I still don't have any More Xbox Live privileges (as the text says). I have checked my email & still get no message from Microsoft...

However I wonder if anyone of you has had this enforcement?

On the other hand, if I pay more one month Xbox Live subscription, would I be able to play back online?

Can't sign in to XBL

Did you check your email and make sure you're not the subject of XBOX Live enforcement?

Enforcement time

it keeps canceling the post I try to make with the enforcement letter but the date now says 1/31/17 and at the bottom of the letter is says Permanent impact: this account can no longer sign into Xbox live, but customer service said there's no permanent impact
on my account.

It's possible it's a permanent ban so trying to add a months xbox live gold wont work.

As the enforcement team don't use the forums there is nothing anyone here can tell you.

it says that im not able to play xbox live because its a permanent temporary ban but this is what says Enforcement end date:July 16, 2020 3:25:20 AM.

The sole method for communicating with Xbox Live Policies Enforcement Team (XBLPET) is the case review process. If you have already submitted a case review and the decision of XBLPET was upheld, there is nothing else that can be done. The suspension will
end on the date and time indicated on the Enforcement site.
