Xbox live Enforcement - the joke ( story to tell you guys why xbox 360 + ps4 are much better )

Well i received a 2 week suspension from xbox enforcement which was fine e-mail notified etc.

my suspension ended today.

Much to my frustration they have then resuspended me until the end of the month without any e-mail warning / reasons why.

Lets see.

1) During my suspension i have no access to the following -

A) Any form of communication

b) Any abilities to message any other player

c) party chat also disabled.

So kindly explain how I can do anything wrong during a suspension.

I have also gathered all the information perks of having a good pc and recording system.

Documented everything, including e-mails received deleted etc dates times.

Not only this xbox automatically renewed my GOLD membership taking money from me when I cannot use the actual service. Which im pretty sure is actually against consumer acts legally.

I am therefore disgusted with the way they have treated my account suspend me fine but when that suspensions up and u suspend me again you are simply exposing your own teams flaws.

So yeah the enforcement team is useless, we can't even send a joke message to our friends on Xbox live.

Xbox live was better on Xbox 360 without the enforcement team.

Plus the multiplayer suspension I got is not valid because I have never done anything like "Harassment Abuse And Threats", the enforcement team smokin too much weed

[/quote]Bloody hell mate, why so defensive? It was a harmless joke! I wasn't putting you down, or mocking your post. I was saying that if PS4 hadn't looked better than Xbox 360, it would have been really funny!

 

No...actually it is not against any acts...consumer or otherwise. When you signed up, you agreed to MS being able to suspend your account.
