    XBOX live enforcement failure?


    Well I got my first one week ban from xbox live and the funny thing is I never did anything to deserve it The enforcement team refuses to hear both sides of the argument and counts whoever said the worst word I got a hate message on siege from a player
    that I had to carry the whole game and I couldn't do everything for us to win even though I was on top of our team and he sent me some hate message in return I sent some back and I was banned in 1 minute no kidding I tried to report them and xbox refused to
    hear me tbh xbox is becoming a joke and it sucks to see it but basically when people send you hate messages on xbox live you can not reply to that and don't even waste your time reporting them because they wont listen unless they threatened your life its
    always the person who was minding their own business who loses

    xbox enforcement doesn't do its job right

    Using the Xbox Live services means you agree to the Microsoft ToU, and by extension, you agree to abide by the Code of Conduct. Failure to act appropriately results in Enforcement action on your account. It's as simple as that.

    Keep in mind that Sony enforces a similar behavioral policy on PSN, so don't think that either service should give you an excuse to be rude to other players.
