Xbox Live Enforcement Action - Ban

Hi,

Is there any recourse that I may not be aware of to question/appeal a ban?

I’m not looking for a stock response as I’ve tried all options available to us. My sons ban is for 1 day due to “communication” and is not eligible for an appeal. I tried to leave feedback and it would not let me, the website timed out all three times I typed the whole thing out. I cannot even access support as based on the intelligible for appeal ban I can’t speak to Xbox support.

My son wrote, “need free items plz” on Rocket League chat and was banned. To be clear, in the last week we have witnessed players tell my son to kill himself, ongoing bullying behaviour, and super inappropriate voice and chat communication. Now he has been banned for asking for a free item…he’s 10. Even if it is not allowed to ask for free items, this seems extreme and options to follow up are mind numbingly impossible to navigate.

I’d like to file a formal complaint and be given more information about why this happened so we can avoid it in the future.

thats only on termination of xbox live entirely not enforcement action

console ban enforcement action is with CAUSE

the only example of this was the originals xbox live shutdown where original console owners were given 1 year of live

and other console ban waves have happened before and has never resulted in refunds

(was actually thrown out of court mw2 console bans)
