    Xbox Live E3 promo


    I bought an Xbox live 3 month promo during E3 week for $24.99. Order #8102494566. I never received the code for the free 3 months. I have contacted support twice through chat, which I was told both times that the code will appear in a message. Never got
    the message. Called tech support today and they told me that the offer was only available in Australia. I know this is wrong since I purchased it online through the US Microsoft site. And E3 is a US event. Please check the order # to confirm. I feel like I'm
    being defrauded and my only crime is being a loyal Xbox live customer for years.

    It is a gamepass promo under the guise of a xbox live promo in the games with gold section being conducted by helloworld

    so not a xbox rewards promo

    I purchased on the US site too on June 15 and still have not received the free three months either. I have contacted various customer service reps with always being told they cannot help me and sending me to different reps. I even contacted via Twitter
    for help. No resolution yet.

    Sorry to hear that. From now on, I'll only be buying Xbox Live Gold cards from eBay. I don't care how good a deal Microsoft gives.
