XBOX Live Dotpay problem ...

Hello . I bought the game through a dotpay payment (about 3 hours ago). So far it has not been added to my accout. The only thing I got was e-mail from dotpay with payment
confirmation and my money has disappeared from my bank account in an amount such as the game cost ... in the shopping history of Microsoft there is no trace after buying the game ... what should I do?

This definitely sounds like a Dot Pay issue. Hopefully they will be able to take a look into your account to see what happened.

Microsoft payment options are

Payment options include:

Credit cards
Prepaid credit cards
Debit cards (not available in all regions)
PayPal accounts (not available in all regions)
Direct debit (Germany only)

Dotpay is not a form of payment accepted by Microsoft. So i can only assume you made your purchase from another retailer. Please contact them for assistance.

Microsoft Order History I suggest you contact the Dotpay system themselves and see what is happening with the funds. Let us know with a reply how it goes.
