Xbox Live disconnects every 5-10 minutes, only in backwards compatible games

I've been playing Black Ops 2 through backwards compatability and I constantly get disconnected from XBL only on the Xbox 360 side of things, Series X is still connected fine. I tried pretty much everything I could: re-downloaded my profile, cleared Xbox 360 cache, hard reset my console, reset my router, cleared my MAC-adresses, tried different ports, tried different DNSes, all in veil. It's really frustruating because my progress keeps getting reset and it's very hard to play with my friends. Really hope there's a fix for this because the problem feels extremely strange

Recently I was having problems with Call of Duty games on Xbox 360, for current consoles, the problem has already been fixed, I believe that this problem is still affecting you.

I suggest you wait until the issue is resolved.

I would also like to mention that I have Spectrum wifi. Sometimes it will let me play a backwards compatible game for 5 minutes before it disconnects me from xbox live once again.

Hi Mister Beep,

Not solved reinstall or clear storage, keeps crashing and restarting the console 5 in 5 minutes. I'm frustrated.

This makes it impossible to play these games of backward compatibility, only the xbox one games.

Hi everyone,

Bit late, but I have te same issue since about 2 weeks ago.

I've resetted the router and the modem, but it still is going on.

Sometimes it's not signing out of xbox live, but just a game disconnect.

For example, im playing FIFA 12. Then suddenly in the middle of game i lost my connection to the EA servers en i am automatically send out of the party chat that i was in. Then my xbox just joins the party chat again out of itsself, and i can connect back
to the ea servers. Also while playing MW3 i often lose the connection to the server and the same party chat thing goes on.

Can anyone help me please? It's kinda stressful i can't play a whole match of fifa/mw3 cause i keep on losing the connection...

(btw!: My nat-type is open, and i have never had this issue before the past 2 weeks.. Internet on my pc and laptop works fine, so I don't think the cause is at the internet provider.)
