Xbox Live Difficulties

Well, I had a temporary suspension until the 28th December from Xbox live chat comms which I felt although unfair considering I was reported by a mutual friend and was in the same party as he did it, now I cannot even play on Xbox live and have no idea what's
going on as I could not have done anything to deserve another ban as I have been banned from communications until the 28th! I have been a loyal Xbox player my whole life and I cannot believe the harshness of this treatment I am receiveing and I hope my problems
can be solved.

Okay now I feel like an idiot, it turns out the cable from the modem to the internet was only plugged in half-way; some idiot must have kicked it or something. Anyway, thanks for the suggested answer; fast response too.

As for not being able to play multiplayer games, You can still play multiplayer game with a communications ban with one catch, if the game requires communications to play the game then you will not be able to play that game wile on Comm Ban
