Xbox Live-Dienste "Bei einigen Diensten sind Probleme aufgetreten"[Translation-Xbox Live...

Moin, ich kann kein Forza Horizon 4 Multiplayer spielen. Der "Hoirzon Life beitreten button" ist grau und wenn man ihn betätigt kommt "keine Kommunikation mit dem Server". Jedes Mal wenn ich den PC aufstarte, muss ich bei den Einstellungen unter "Xbox-Netzwerk"
auf beheben drücken damit Teredo sich qualifizieren kann. Wenn ich ingame bin muss ich raustabben und dann nochmals auf beheben drücken und dann verschwindet auch der graue Balken und ich "kann" multiplayer zocken. Das Problem ist, dass ich dann aber extrem
lagge (fahre 20kmh obwohl ich Vollgas gebe und auf einmal 700kmh). Mit der Zeit kommt dann die Meldung "ungünstige Netzwerkverbindung". Mein Internet ist aber super, daran liegts nicht. Den Teredo Tunneling Adapter beim Geräte Manager habe ich nicht
(Und ja, ich habe auf ausgeblendete Geräte anzeigen gedrückt). Wenn Legacy-Hardware hinzufügen drücke und dann auf Microsoft gehe ist er nicht in der Liste. Die Firewall habe ich auch schon zurückgesetzt. Am Router liegts auch nicht, da mein
Bruder auch FH4 auf PC zockt und er hat null Probleme. Wie gesagt, unter den Einstellungen bei "Xbox-Netzwerk" sollte der Xbox-Live-Multiplayer nach betätigen des "Beheben"-Buttons funktionieren. Oben bei "Xbox Live-Dienste" steht aber noch "Bei einigen Diensten
sind Probleme aufgetreten". Oh und übrigens habe ich das Spiel neuinstalliert und sogar den ganzen PC zurückgesetzt. Ich habe mal die Xbox-Dienste in der Registry deaktiviert (weil ich sie nicht brauchte), aber das sollte ja kein Problem mehr sein, da ich
den PC zurückgesetzt habe (gestern).

Kann mir jemand helfen, ich will doch nur Fh4 mit meinen Bruder spielen ...
