Xbox Live Creators & UDP?

I don't know if this is the right place to ask, but I'm wondering if you're able to develop games and apps that connect to a dedicated server via UDP using Xbox Live Creators aka a regular xbox in dev mode or do you need to apply for ID@Xbox for any sort
of network connections?

Hi

If you are not able to access ID@Xbox you could always join the
Xbox Live Creators program and then transition to ID@Xbox program at a later point.

It's true Xbox Live does make Xbox 1 great. Xbox Live is superior to PSN because M to me, is the best software creators in the world.

I would think there would be a support system for the creators on Xbox. Perhaps, that would be a better place to ask.

Thanks for the reply. I tried to read all the docs, but I think they aren't detailed enough. It mostly says "if you need Xbox Live capabilities", but I'm not sure if that applies to dedicated servers aka no incoming connections to the Xbox itself etc.

I also tried to contact various support agents, but always ended up in the wrong place.
