Xbox Live connectivity issues

Before I changed ISPs, I had 7 weeks of half-functioning internet. Since changing ISPs, I’m still having issues connecting to Xbox Live almost everytime I turn my Xbox One X on. Restarting the console (sometimes 4-5 times, sometimes completely powering
down and unplugging from modem) seems to sort it out, but there are times where, when there’s an option of the dash that says ‘Connect to Xbox Live’, because it apparently can’t connect, no issues that could cause a connection issue are displayed. The Live
status forsnt show any errors, the NAT is open, but it won’t connect to Live (or if it does, it takes some time while I’m messing about in the Network Settings). I’ve changed network cables, changed the port the cable is plugged, restarted countless times,
and I still have the issue. Sometimes, after getting it to work (and after I’ve spent time playing a game), I’ll turn it off, and then turn it back on to check on it, and it will have disconnected again. Is the network port/card in my X dead, or is it something
else? Nothing else I have (PS4 Pro, Laptop, iPad/iPhone via Wifi, Steam Link) is having issues anymore, and there are times where I have to restart and mess about for 20 plus minutes to get it to work, almost everytime I turn my X on...

That's super fishy. I don't think that the port is dead, maybe there's some saved settings from your old network connection getting in the way of your console staying one live.

So after turning the firewall on my modem off, and several test resets, it was still spotty, with a couple of times where I was signed out of my account at random (and when I tried to sign back in, it wasnt able to do so), and also had a situation where
it wouldnt connect to Live, telling me that ‘the following services were unavaiable:’, but with no information on what wasnt working. And just now it’s telling me that ‘Service info is unavailable’. I’m in the middle of completing a factory reset, with the
hopes that this will flush any existing settings left behind, as none of other solutions appear to work... Failing this, what would be the next step?

 

Hi I have the same issue except when I test connectivity it tells me my network is fine but there are issues at your end. I check network status for Xbox and its all fine. My brother who os in the same room as me is fine and has connection as well. He
plays on an S and I have the one X, is there an issue with my console? I get this issue 3/4 times I turn it on....

After that, if that doesn't help resolve your issue, it might be that something is wrong with your console hardware wise.

I would try to get a repair done, since the console is not working up to the standard that it's supposed to.

customer support directly.

It seemed to work, but i just turned my Xbox on to play Forza Horizon 4, and ended up having the same issue - I ended up restarting the Xbox at least twice (after getting completely different issues/messages on the Network Settings screen) before it worked
and connected to Live...

create a static IP for the console,
and port forwarding on the network
configuration settings for a better connection.
