Xbox live connectivity is blocked how do I fix?

Hello, recently I have not been able to join xbox parties on my pc because it says my xbox live connectivity is blocked and I do not know how to fix this sometimes it says my nat type is closed or blocked but it will also show open. I've recently spoofed my hwid which could be the issue but after I've restarted to return to my standard hwid it still does not work.

We understand that you are trying to play and communicate with your team but is unable to because of unstable NAT Type and unable to join Xbox Party. Let us check on this together so you will get back to gaming.

Based on your description, you have mentioned HWID, may we know if you are referring to Hardware ID? If yes, with the Hardware ID modification this will result to complex issues and will get resolved by installing relevant services like Xbox Gaming Services. However, this might also mean that you will need to clean install or reset your PC.
