    Xbox live Communication Suspension


    The other day, I got a one day suspension for some words I shouldn't of used in a xbox live message. I was suspended because the other party reported me. My suspension ended on March 2, 2020, 10:09:46 PM. Today I got home from work to find out I am once
    again suspended for the exact same situation. I am angry and confused as to why this has happened because I already served my suspension and now I am suspended once again with no explanation. I have tried calling customer support and they told me to go to
    the enforcement website (which I was already on) and they couldn't give me any more info. They continue to tell me they have no control over it and there is no phone number to contact the enforcement team. The supervisor told me he was gonna transfer me to
    a legal team phone line and I never even got to talk to a representative. All it did was tell me to go to the support page on Xbox's website then hung up on me. So I called again and the lady told me that there was absolutely no one that I could talk to about
    this situation. They couldn't even provide me a email to file a complaint with someone to address this issue. She could only provide me with this website to submit a question. Which honestly I don't know if this is going to do any good. I'm pissed off about
    this situation and want answers. Now I have to sit here and wait for the suspension to be lifted for something I didn't do a second time. I have been a Xbox customer since the original Xbox and I have never experienced this poor service from Xbox support until
    now. I'd really like to be contacted by someone from xbox that can help me on this unfair situation.
