    why am i banned when a dude messages me first with all these types of racial insults and swear words and yet i say one thing and im the one who gets communication banned? how can i get this off sooner?

    By receiving your comms ban you have automatically been punished for your actions, At the same time this keeps the community safe as you will be unable to chat with or socialise with other players on xbox live during the ban.
