Xbox Live Communication Ban

I’m needing some help I’ve been sent here from xbox support online chat. Basically I have an account my son uses he was banned on the 12/11/17 for abusive message telling someone’s to go kill themselves (harsh yes) I got an email advising of a ban 30 days
communication ban and 7 days no online playing. Since then he has not been able to use mic or messages etc etc. When I look at the account it won’t let me do a case review. Online support can’t supply any other information than there is console ban for an
unstated length of time. No communication from enforcement team! He’s not used mic or messages since 11/11/17. What can I do? Surely they have to advise of any bans or consequences they issue?

Ban was lifted but I cannot do party chat

My xbox one account got a communication ban about 2 weeks ago and it was followed by an xbox live ban 3 days later and now that the xbox live ban was lifted I am still communication banned and I've contacted someone at support and they didn't help me. I've
been banned for 3 days now. Gamertag:

 

Have no clue why I got a communication ban.

Communications bans are not just from voice communications but any form of communications

Communication suspensions are imposed due to inappropriate conduct during communication activities on Xbox Live. This suspension blocks an account from accessing any communication features on Xbox Live, including text messages, voice messages, video communications,

it won’t let me do a case review. That’s why I’m here. Any other advice? TIA
