Xbox Live Communication Ban

Hi, I need help understanding my communication ban for a false claim that i have mistreated Xbox Lives code of conduct. I am totally unsure of what has happened.! I dont use my account for 24 hours and then i receive an email pursuing a 7 day communication
ban. The ban i can handle but i am unsure as to what the ban is for. I dont recall having said anything rude or harming to any other players, I also dont recall sharing content or making another player feel harassed or bullied. Maybe this is an old case that
has been reviewed? I would just like help understanding the reason for the ban really. Many Thanks, Xbox Live user.

Ban was lifted but I cannot do party chat

My xbox one account got a communication ban about 2 weeks ago and it was followed by an xbox live ban 3 days later and now that the xbox live ban was lifted I am still communication banned and I've contacted someone at support and they didn't help me. I've
been banned for 3 days now. Gamertag:

 

Have no clue why I got a communication ban.

Communications bans are not just from voice communications but any form of communications

Communications Suspensions
Communication suspensions are imposed due to inappropriate conduct during communication activities on Xbox Live. This suspension blocks an account from accessing any communication features on Xbox Live, including text messages, voice messages, video communications,
Skype on Xbox One, in-game chat, and party chat. Communications suspensions are issued for a specified temporary duration, often of 1, 7, or 14 days.

 

For information about your ban and to see about submitting a case review, you would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com It does take time for complaints to be investigated, so the ban could be for something that took place weeks before.

 

I did state the ban could be from a while ago so our basically just repeating something i said. Thanks but you were of no help to me.
