Xbox live comm suspension when i have done nothing wrong / false report

I have gotten a xbox live communication suspension for 2 weeks for saying "[Mod Removed]" when i havent said that or anything nearly related to that at all. I have gone through the motions of a case review with basically no help and zero evidence, and theres
no-one to contact about any issues like this...

To add on to this i had just finished a one week suspension for saying "[Mod Removed]" when that was a fairly sketchy report as well. Literally 3 days from end of suspension to start of another suspension. Didnt even play for the first day and a half. So
like what is actually going on??

Please someone help me resolve this false suspension or otherwise im going to quit all together on xbox because this is so frustrating and a complete waste of my time and money

How to Prevent False Reports

Could of got a 24 hour comms suspension or they could still be punished in the future.

Like I said,doesn't matter if someone reports you,as long as you've done nothing wrong you'll be fine.

 

How do i appeal an xbox live suspension?

I've been permanently suspended from xbox live, i know the reason and the reason is false so is there anyway of appealing the suspension since i've done nothing wrong.

 

reports are always checked by the enforcement team, if you use offensive language and someone reports you it's likely you get a comm ban. the only way to lift it is a case review like you did, there is nothing else you can do.

 

But thats not right since i havent said what they're accusing me of saying. It seriously feels like im being targeted with this insane 1 and a half days before another suspension.

I'd be happy with some proof at all but it seems like its all just in the hands of someone not even looking into the reports.

 

The Xbox Enforcement Team has the ability to see what was sent or hear what was said. They will not provide you with the words of what was said.

You've got nothing to worry about if what your saying isn't violating the code of conduct.

When i went and did a case review thats when they sent me the message saying the suspension has been upheld because you said "[Mod Removed]". So they sent that to me when i know 100% i have not said that or anything similar so obviously they didnt hear what
was said and no text messages were sent at all. Also no one has ever mentioned anything about my language before or told me to stop talking... so a report is unjustified anyway

I am worried because im getting comm suspended for large amounts of time for no reason so i dont know if its just going to keep happening now because someone thinks its funny to report me.

Im using the forum here because after the case review which was no help and finding no other way to resolve this i contacted microsoft support (i know it says they cant help) and they said to try the forums. So here i am

 

The enforcement team does not use the forums. If the enforcement team has upheld the ban there is nothing further you can do. They take quite a bit of time to investigate each report so the incidents you get suspended for could have
occurred weeks prior to the actual suspension. In the future I suggest you follow the
Code of Conduct that you agreed to upon signing up for service.
