    I have purchased Microsoft xbox live code for my 9 year old son on the 12th June 18. There was an offer of 6 months for £14.99.we redeemed first 3 months but with the second voucher only 22 characters can be seen and hence cannot be redeemed.I initially
    contacted toy store and they can only access last 5 digits for security reasons. rung Microsoft on 11th July18 at 1.30 with customer support called Luke and his manager Adriana and both cannot help me.I have send luke photos of the three receipts from symths
    toy superstore in uk.after spending nearly an hour on the phone I get a reply that they cannot help me.I hope you can sort it out
