hi plz dont put 5X codes on the forums because they could be used,now I had to put my code on the redeem code site on xbox.com instead of the console, but if it wont work you can ask for a refund from the store (take pictures about the problem) (they may
not give you a refund though)

 

also when you bought it was the code scratched off?

Like what RitzyBiscut said, NEVER put codes on the forms as other users will steal and use them! The code may have been scratched when revealing the code. If you bought it from a Convenient Store they will
most likely not refund you, If it was a gaming store such as, GameStop, maybe they will give you a new code if you can prove it. Very sorry about this inconvenience!
