    XBOX live code isn't working


    I've purchased Xbox live gold membership from amazon.in on 2nd April. This is through a third party seller named G2A.com

    when I tried to log in and enter the code got the error message" code Invalid" it has been more than a week and no one attend to the issue. Amazon customer care asked me to contact Microsoft.

    request to look into this at the earliest.

    Isn't reporting people for violations of the Code of Conduct supposed to get them kicked off of Xbox Live? If it is, then it hasn't worked.
