Xbox live code dose not loading tock it back to store card was activited but code dose not work

Hello have you check on your microsoft.com account to see if Live is currently active?? Were you on reoccurring payments for live and owe a payment? If so the live card will not pay for that payment! Does it show in billing that you added the xbox live
card? Have you tried resetting console and internet to see if it went through? Where did you redeem card at? Was it on console,computer or through the xbox app? Try some of these options and let us know please.

When Fifa part of the bundle then it must be a card with the code in the box.

If the code is missing then the bundle was opened.

MS dose not preload games to consoles. Only nintendo does.

yes i would check the region code of the game.because if you live in England or the united states it dose make a difference on the region code.

if it came from Xbox live and dose not ask for log in info it should be legitimate. I've gotten plenty of codes to redeem by message from Xbox.
