12 Months subscribtion with Black Ops II?

I was just wondering what's that Xbox LIVE 12 month (1 year) subscribtion, that has a picture of Black Ops II on it... There are also others that has Halo 4... Does this mean 1 code = 12 months subscribtion + Black Ops II?

Xbox Live is the sole primary official online delivery service for Xbox 360 consoles. It was for the Xbox, Is for Xbox 360, and most likely will be for the next xbox gen so we should be able to easily carry over our profiles onto the next gen console. Microsoft
shouldn't abandon the good things which Xbox 360 is popular for including Halo Reach/4, Black Ops II, Minecraft, Sims 3, etc cause thousands of pp play this. It just wouldn't be xbox if we have to have a seperate account for Xbox 360 and another for the next
gen Xbox. Xbox Live is expected to last til 2015 for Xbox 360.
