Xbox live chat wait line gets stuck at number 15 all the time. Please help

If you are missing somendigits then you should ask your provider where to redeem it

All prepaid cards are 25 digits

If less then you need to talk to your provider how to redeem it as it has nothing to do with xbox like a 3rd parry then you need to take it up wirh the 3rd party

For queue issues dont use chrome or safari

You didn't get bumped to the end of the line, the estimated wait time is based off of average call length along with the number of people in front of you, in other words, the CSR's are getting stuck on phone calls for a longer period of time, hence, your
increase in estimated wait time.

same issue here, im currently number 66 in the live chat waiting line, was 100 like 5 min ago.

currently in line with chat support and they gonna get an ear full

i waited to chat online. only thing i see about phone is to request a call back. its easier for us to chat online than call. we're nicer that way lol
