Xbox live chat cancelled my ea fc pre order

Xbox live chat cancelled my ea fc pre order that I had before August 22nd for the extra pre order bonus you would receive.

I contacted live chat support because I wished to change the card I was using to split pay for the game with my remaining Microsoft Balance.

I stated please do not cancel the preorder due to the extra pre order bonus would be lost if they did and if they could not change the card then to leave it.

They have now cancelled the pre order and now are completely unhelpful trying to resolve the mess they have made.

Any ideas how to, if possible resolve this?

Be sure to mention that you had the pre-order before August 22nd and that you specifically requested not to cancel it. They may be able to assist you in reinstating the pre-order and resolving the issue. Additionally, you can try contacting EA support to see if they can assist you with the pre-order bonus.

ea called me 1 Minute later after my Question

Problem is i see the game pre ordered, but i didnt get the pre order Bonus for Anthem(invite 3 Friends to the demo) because ea says i didnt pre order

Alot of complaints on EA forums about game pre-orders.

Cancel and buy from a shop.

I am going to pre-order tonight for the 360 version. My main concern is that this is an EA game. EA games 100% always have major launch day problems. So I will keep an eye on the X1 launch for this game and if its rough, I can simply cancel my pre-order
for the 360 version.

I hope there is more mp modes in the final game, but I'm thinking of canceling my pre-order and pre-order the bioshock remasters instead.

Then pick up the base game down the road or wait till it is added to EA Access.
