Xbox Live charged my credit card without my consent

if you are having problems changing your payment option to pay the past due balance go to

https://beta.support.xbox.com/contact-us and click the Contact Us button
select Family and Online Safety as the category
select I Want to Protect My Account as the topic

scroll to the bottom of the options and select Chat Online or Request a Call

then explain the situation when you get through

my xbox live subscription is past do and its not letting me pay for it with my new card or my Microsoft account balance and its not letting me turn off recurring billing and i think thats the problem

to cancel the subscription or turn off recurring billing go to https://account.microsoft.com/services/

locate the subscription and select either cancel or turn off recurring billing

Same problem with me but i canceled my auto renewal last year and xbox live turned it back on to charge me without permission. Now my account is suspended and i can't remove my credit card... good thing my credit card expired before they charged me 60$ that
i cant afford at the moment.

You'll need to call your bank/card issuer ASAP as it sounds to me like someone has got hold of your card details to purchase content on Xbox Live without your consent. Essentially Debit/Credit card fraud.
