    Xbox live charged a card but I cancelled it and i brought it with a gift card


    I had purchased a xbox $15.00 gift card from my local store and with that $15.00 i brought xbox live gold. One month goes by it becomes past due very understandable so about a week later i buy a minecraft realm with my card and xbox live tries to charge
    it so i decline the request but now i brought a card again added the funds and people say i have to pay the past due with a debit or credit card should not be a problem i brought it with a gif t card so i can just pay with a gift card but it is not letting
    me so now i have $15.00 that should be going to my xbox live suspension but are not. Please save me from this frustration

    No he got it free but i guess it tryed to charge my credit card and now it says i owe and i didn't order it and now he cant redeem his gift card for xbox live

    Getting a refund on a sent gift?


    • Sign in to the gift card history page in your Microsoft account. If you end up on a gift card merchandise page, select Gift card history, sign in,
      then select Gift card history again.

    • Locate the gift card to cancel.

    • Select Cancel > Confirm to cancel the order and get a refund.
