    Xbox Live Challenges not connecting to my account.


    Greetings,

    The Gears of War 4 Rewards (Gears of War 4 - My Rewards | Gears of War - Official Site) is not connecting to my account and unlocking progress/awards. Specifically the current Horde challenge. It's showing 0/200 waves completed and I've done at least 50 waves over the last
    week's time. Something on the back end is not connecting to my account.

    Xbox Live Connection Error

    I tried to log in to my Xbox Live profile, and it said I couldn't connect to Xbox Live. Under the message it said the numbers "80151909"

    It's been like this for about a week. Anyone know how to resolve this issue?

    P.S. I've tried connecting to one of my accounts that doesn't have Xbox Live Gold, and that didn't let me log in either.

    Need help with xbox live

    Hello
    I don't really understand what has happened to my xbox live account, but i cannot anymore connect my console to internet, though my laptop connects without any problems. More than that, i cannot visit any xbox or microsoft website to get help from there!
    I guess my account might have been hacked somehow. atm, i had my FIFA13 running, but i was using my laptop, so didn't really see what has happened there, it just said that it can no longer connect to live, and when i checked it, i could not connect to internet at all.
    I had no xbox-point (or whatever they are called) on my account, but i had my bank account connected to it.

    i tried visiting ms, or xbox web pages from the other browsers, not working either! and I cannot call to the call service, because I am in Finland and it is 9 a.m. here, unless someone knows 24/7 customer service number!

    so if anyone has any advises what should I do, and suggestions what might have happened, I would appreciate your help.

    Since that is not a Xbox Rewards program offer, Rewards support will not be able to assist. You may want to try contacting The Coalition or posting on the forums on that site for assistance.

    Xbox One Achievements issues

    It is likely that you may have lost your Live connection. With the Xbox One, achievements and challenges will only appear when you have a connection with Live. If you earn the achievements offline, then next time you connection to Live they will unlock.

    There is a recognised problem with Xbox One Achievements and Challenges not being awarded properly, and solutions are at the following link:

    support.xbox.com/.../troubleshoot-achievements-challenges

    You have the following options to try:

    - Double check your achievement progress on your console. If you completed the requirements to unlock the achievement on your console but it doesn't show, it may not be synchronised with Xbox Live. Allow up to 72 hours for this synchronisation to take place.

    - Check your achievement progress online. If the achievement appears under "Achievements" it is unlocked. If the achievement appears under “Locked Achievements,” either the console isn't yet synchronised with Xbox Live or the achievement was not successfully
    unlocked.

    - Ensure you're connected to the internet / Xbox Live. If a completed achievement hasn't appeared online after 72 hours, your console may not be connected to Xbox Live. If you completed an achievement or challenge while offline, you won't receive related
    notices or rewards until you connect to Xbox Live.

    - Restart your console. Restarting your console will ensure that any achievements awaiting synchronisation on the console are re-sent to Xbox Live.

    - Remove and redownload your account. The account information stored on your console may be out of date. To update your account information, delete and then redownload your account.
