    hi, I cancelled an xbox live auto renew purchase a month or so back. The cancellation went through bu the refund never appeared back in my PayPal account. Can I chase this up please.

    XBL Refunds.

    “Once the Xbox One and Xbox 360 system updates become available in June, Xbox Live Gold members who purchased a paid membership before that day can cancel and receive a pro-rata refund of any unused remaining days between the date of cancellation and
    the date their paid Gold membership ends,” reads the updated FAQ.

    “Cancellation and pro-rata refund requests require six to eight weeks for processing. Free or trial Gold memberships are not eligible for a refund.”



    Xbox Live Gold subscribers can request refund come June - VG247

    after buying xbox live gold after 2 hours I wanted to cancel it. When the cancellation was written that the money will back. How long can a refund take?

    sorted now... managed to get back onto live chat and they were very helpful. Apparently the refund had got 'stuck' in the system somewhere. thanks for your help

    Does canceling regular Xbox gamepass delete your Xbox live subscription?

    You purchased gamepass and then canceled your Xbox live. Now you want to cancel gamepass so then when the subscription times run out you will no londer have either gamepass or live. You canceled both.

    I do not see any store refunding you for a subscription you bought, activated then canceled.

    You can cancel your subscription online from account.microsoft.com. Simply sign in to the account that was charged and then go to Subscriptions and Services and you can cancel the Xbox Live Gold subscription from there. You may be eligible for a refund and
    it will let you know when you cancel the subscription.
