无法在Xbox Live内加入俱乐部/Can`t join in clubs in Xbox Live

最近我在玩地平线4的时候打算 入俱乐部，但不管是PC上的Xbox app还是安卓内的app均 法 入。

Recently I want to join in clubs of Forza Horizon4, but neither PC Xbox app nor Android app is unavailable.

电脑端的提示是“隐私和在线安全设定”，而安卓的提示是“Xbox Live强制措施通知”。

In Windows app it said that I should check the "Privacy & online safety", while the Android one was about the suspension.

但我查过我的账号，已经允许我 入和创建俱乐部，并且没有被封禁的记录。

However I have checked that the "join and create clubs" is allowed and I have no suspension record.

我很奇怪是怎么回事，有谁能帮帮我吗？

It`s a bit weird. Can anybody help me?

I`m sorry that I don`t know the original English text because both apps are in Chinese.

The PC app asked me to change the setting of Privacy & online safety.And the Android app said that my account is suspended. Here is the screenshot of the Android app.

You can go to the
enforcement site log in and see if there is a suspension/ban on the account. On the same page it also there to how to file a case review in case you are.

However, I have no suspension record in this page.

 

The app will sometimes glitch and show that you have enforcement on your account. So if there is none listed on enforcement.xbox.com then it is probably a glitch.

Are you able to join any clubs? Or is it specifically Forza Horizon 4 clubs?

 

No. Joining other clubs showed the same thing.
