Ive recently been booted offline by another xbox player and i have proof of him admitting to it how do i get this player banned

This is an xbox IP booter not a modem IP booter

You do know thats illegal right? If u have proof of him admitting to a crime he can get in quite alot of trouble.

You'd need to report & block the person via your console.

Ddos attacks are done via your broadband/internet,not xbox live,so you would need to contact your isp as well.

You've filed a complaint and I assume set him to avoid so you've done all you can XBL wise. As the suspension forum has shown time and again these people are whacked on a regular basis. As for the booting issue switch your router off and on again to force
a new IP to be assigned. If that doesn't work phone your ISP to get a new one sorted.

Yes i have him admitting to it but nothing ever gets done to ban them
