    Xbox Live Ban


    Hi,

    I have received an permeant xbox live ban for no reason. I have checked the enforcement page, and it says there is nothing wrong with my account and that I have a perfect record and my account isn't banned, but when I log onto my xbox, it says it is banned. Why is this?

    And before anyone says anything, I can't click the orange hands button to start a case as it is green as I have done nothing wrong.

    I don't call, I don't message on xbox. I just play the games and that's it. I am a good citizen to the xbox community.

    I have been grossly misjudged and would love Xbox to sort it out. Anybody got any advice?
