Xbox live ban

Hello, I have recently purchased and xbox and i tried to sign into my account to regain all my account data and games however it says that my account has been banned? Can someone help me get my account back please. the email is [Mod

xbox live support can be pretty useful.. but they will not discuss bans. You need to find a way to get intact with xbox live enforcement team. But if you got console banned, that means you have done something before. And you would see where they would think you are the hacker or "cheater".

 

So I called 3 times, they just told me it's not their problem. (360 downloading issues)

I did back in the day?? Like 2008.

Xbox Enforcement Team? If the enforcement team placed a suspension on the account, we recommend submitting a case review through the enforcement website. Be sure to let us know the results!

 

You should sign into the
Enforcement website to see if your account has been suspended due to some infraction of the Xbox Live Code of Conduct. If your account has not been suspended (it will say "you have a perfect record", for example), then you should contact
Xbox Live Support to see if it has been suspended due to a payment or security breach.

 

Hey, so i check on xbox live website and it says its a permanent ban and cannot be reviewed? It says i was banned back in 2014 however I never did anything wrong? Is there a way i can still get someone to review it and get it unbanned? Thanks.

 

Unfortunately no. Permanent suspensions are eligible for a case review, provided the suspension was issued in the last 12 months. So, any suspension issued before 26 November 2017 is no longer eligible for review after today.

Permanent suspensions are not handed out lightly. They have significant evidence of a major infraction of the Xbox Live Code of Conduct and/or Microsoft Services Agreement. In such cases, all content associated with that account is lost.

 

So there is absolutely no way i can get that account back?

 

I'm sorry, but there is absolutely no way you can get the account back. Your chance to review the suspension ended sometime in 2015, one year after the permanent suspension was handed down in 2014.

If the account is eligible for a case review, then file a case and see if the account can be unbanned.
