    Hallo,

    mein Xbox Live Abo wurde am 15.02.2020 mal wieder automatisch verlängert. Bezahlung wie gehabt über PayPal, wurde auch alles von PayPal/Girokonto abgebucht.

    Allerdings kann ich keinerlei Online-Features mehr verwenden, als hätte ich kein Live Abo. In meinen Account-Daten hab ich dann nach langem suchen herausgefunden, dass die Zahlung "Ausstehend" sei, was laut MS bedeutet, dass mein Konto noch nicht belastet
    wurde. Was aber ja definitiv der Fall ist.

    In den Xbox-Einstellungen steht auch immernoch, dass die nächste Zahlung am 15.02.2020 fällig ist. Irgendwas ist da doch bei MS schief gelaufen.

    Ich kann auch nicht kündigen oder Dinge im Account ändern, weil dann immer irgendein "Problem auftritt" und der Vorgang abgebrochen wird.

    Ich konnte bisher auch nichts zu dem Problem finden (Google, ect.).

    Hab schon mein Profil von der Xbox gelöscht und den Cache geleert, aber ohne Erfolg.

    Kann ich irgendwo ein Ticket eröffnen?

    Nein nicht 2 mal wenn aber Guthaben auf dem Konto ist wird es sofort abgebucht nicht erst zu release und das war bei mir der fall seit Juni 2018 ist das Geld weg und jez sowas

    geht auch nicht. mein gamertag ist nirgendwo zu sehen. immer nur sign in. und dann kommt wieder das mit dem required an xbox live account. kann man wohl nichts machen. schade. aber trotzdem danke für deine tipps.

    Ich habe schon Guthaben auf mein Account gehabt und davon habe ich mir Xbox live Gold gekauft aber nicht bekommen und habe auf mein Account geguckt ob noch mein Geld drauf war war es aber nicht mehr

    Xbox Gamepass (genauso wie Xbox Live Gold und EA Access) sind Abonnements, die regelmäßig Geld abziehen.

    Da in Deinem Microsoft Guthaben aber nur ein endlicher Betrag an Geld drin ist, könnte nicht dauerhaft von dem Abonnement das Geld daraus entnommen werden.

    Daher kannst Du Abonnements wie Gamepass, Live Gold und EA Access NUR mit Kreditkarte, Bankkonto oder PayPal mit Bankkonto/Kreditkartenanbindung bezahlen. Hier wird angenommen, dass man ein regelmäßiges Einkommen hat, und somit das Geld für das Abonnement
    regelmäßig automatisch wieder aufgestockt wird.

    Translation:
