  1. Xbox live automatic logoff

Hello my fellow gamer's and friends of the Xbox community I have a problem that is somewhat serious I keep logging off automatically I have tried everything that I can think of. I have reseted my router removed my account I even cleared my cache and did
a complete restore of my xbox this did not fix my problem. In fact I think it made it worst I even changed my password several times thinking that I was hacked its not the case this is also affecting my game play every time I log into my games or watch a movie
I am shut down from it within the first 10-30seconds or if it works I am kicked out of it within 5-25minutes. This also somehow includes my offline gameplay this is ABSOLUTELY confusing me to no end PLEASE HELP!!!!!

    :)

Hey BoatingShrimp12! To clarify, do you receive an error when trying to sign your account out of the Xbox app? If possible, post up some screenshots of what you run in to so we can take a look. Thanks!

Sorry to hear it. This suggests a corruption in your gamertag. Please try deleting your gamertag from the console then power cycle it by holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds till it shuts down. When you restart you can redownload your
gamertag and should see an improvement.

If this does not work then do a
    factory reset
on the console. There's an option to keep installed games and apps so you won't need to redownload them and game saves are stored on the Cloud for easy access (make sure you log into your offline games quickly while connected to the internet
    before you do this).

  5. Hey Aaron!

So if you were having problems getting logged out of Xbox Live abruptly and suddenly again and again, I would go ahead and follow the steps here on "I'm
getting randomly disconnected from Xbox Live
" and see if that clears your issue.

Try that and let us know if that helped

    Thanks

    My xbox live account

You could go to your MS account and logoff everywhere, then try logging in again.
