    Feature "browse apps" disappeared on xbox 360!

    Make sure your xbox live is work.

    Login your Xbox live

    .find your apps on 'browse apps' and download it.

    Open apps on 'my apps'.

    Getting an Error that I can't log into my Xbox live Account on my PC.

    Might be worth a try to reset the Xbox Live app.

    You can do this by first right clicking on start and selecting settings. From settings> select Apps> then select Apps & features> scroll down and click on Xbox Live> Then select Advanced options> From there opt to Reset the app.

    Hopefully that will resolve the issue of not being able to sign into Xbox Live.

    If you are starting an app like Youtube you need to be online. If you are online with your xbox you are automaticly connected to xbox live. You don't need xbox live gold to use the app.
