Discus and support Xbox Live and Wordament Issue in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; Wordament fails to initialize on my new PC running Windows 10. I get the following message: "User signed out.     Xbox Live and Wordament Issue


    Wordament fails to initialize on my new PC running Windows 10. I get the following message: "User signed out. You were signed out of Xbox Live from outside Microsoft Ultimate Word Games. The game will now be reloaded." I continue to hit "OK" multiple
    times, but it never clears the error.

    This error does not affect any other Microsoft casual games that I play.

    I have reloaded both Xbox and the word game to no avail. My Xbox Live profile has not been corrupted. I have checked my firewall settings and that does not seem to be the culprit. I can still access Wordament through another PC.

    Any thoughts on how to clear this issue?

    Can't sign into Wordament with Win 8.1 phone.

    Maybe the Wordament server is the issue. On Xbox.com site there is a notice (support.xbox.com/.../xbox-live-status) that there were problems with Xbox although it didn't specifically
    mention Wordament. Unless there is another solution, we'll have to wait it out.

    1. Navigate to http://www.xbox.com/ and sign-in with your Microsoft Account credentials.
    2. Select the region and agree to the Terms of Service.
    3. A random Xbox Gamertag is created and displayed under Your Account Summary.
    4. Click Ok.
    5. Start Wordament.

    Thanks for reaching out to us in forums for this issue. Sorry to hear you're getting randomly signed out. You may wish to take a look at our support article entitled Troubleshooting
    Xbox app game streaming on Windows 10     to see if any of the solutions will assist you in alleviating the issue. Another thing you can try is reaching out on the

    Microsoft Casual Games Community forums     to see if anyone else has already posted concerning this issue and may have a solution or post there yourself as it may offer you a faster solution specific to Wordament.

    I hope that this helps a bit more and please let us know the results!

    Didn't work. Region is already properly set in both Windows and Xbox.

    Wordament (not Ultimate Word Games) - Connection to XBL failed

    Nice, but I want to continue playing the old Wordament. I tried all the steps except for Step 5 (because I want to continue playing the old Wordament), but I still can't login into LIVE, even though I terminated and restarted Wordament, Microsoft Store, and Xbox Console Companion.
