Xbox live and time restrictions

Hi

I would like some help please. Let me explain...

When we originally got the xbox one we setvup an account and my son used it to play with. His xbox gold and all games/data is attached to that account.

Having gone over his time restrictions once too often i set him up with a child account which i could control how long he was on for. He now has not got the xbox gold or his games/data.

So my questions

1) Is there a way of getting his xbox gold to transfer from my admistrator account to his child one?

2) If there isnt a way to do the above is there a way that i can restrict the admistrator account to only an hour per day because i couldnt figure out a way?

Thank you so much for your assistance so far. Unfortunately following the link you have attached had not changed anything.

The live account was already linked to the xbox as 'my xbox' and yet when he goes into a game (like fortnite) it tells him he needs a to pay for a monthly pass still.

Nothing can be transferred between accounts. You can set the console as the Home console for the original account and that will allow you to share the Gold and any games purchased on the account with the child account. https://beta.support.xbox.com/en-US/help/hardware-network/console/my-home-xbox They

Bear in mind, for this to work, your child needs to have a child account. If he has been given an adult account, then the settings will not work.

I'm guessing the two day trials have some restrictions, as this is your first time playing xbox 360 try getting xbox live it's one dollar for a month if its your first time getting it.
