    Xbox live and new update..


    The last update that was performed on the 24th of September has a few issues.

    1. The update deleted all of my internal screenshots and video captures. All captured content taken after the update is there, but nothing before the update..

    2. Uploading to Xbox live now no longer works.

    I click upload to Xbox Live and it goes through the process and then it brings up the block showing that it was uploaded to Xbox Live, but when I go to Xbox Live, its not there, so I go back to the screen capture and it shows that it wasn't even uploaded
    to begin with and wants me to upload it again, so I do and it does the exact same thing over and over. So now I can't even upload screenshots or clips to Xbox Live

    It's not my Xbox because many others are having the same issues

    Yeah this is happening to a lot of players. It's just a matter of time now and all we can do is wait until Microsoft hears of this issue and fixes it.

    Hello,

    You will need to first gain access to the parental account in order for you to be able to successfully agree to the terms and conditions. You won't be able to change the parental e-mail without being able to login to the prior e-mail that's listed.

    Since you're 21 now you should be able to promote your account from a child to an adult after you're able to agree to the updated terms on the parental account. You should be able to do so by following the directions
    here.

    The parent must agree to the new terms first and then you can login to your own account and accept them. If you don't have access to the parental account you will need to try to reset the password found here.
    If that doesn't work try to fill out the Microsoft Account Recovery form found here.

    If you're unable to either of those things then you may be out of luck. You can try to contact phone support and see if they are able to assist you in
    some way.

    Did you update to the new My XBOX Live, or did you install just an update for MW3?
