    Xbox live and game pass Ulimate


    I had a year subscription for Live but I got the game pass ultimate a month ago for a dollar. I wanted to cancel the game pass but when I did I ran out of live even though I should still have 8 months left. And when I go back to the game pass ultimate it says its 14 dollars to renew. So why did my 8 months of live disappear? And can I get it back?

    Since Ultimate includes gold, any gold you have on your account when you upgrade is automatically cancelled and converted to Ultimate as well. So by cancelling you cancel everything. I'll advice you to contact our live support regarding the remaining months of the Xbox Live gold subscription.
