Xbox Live and Game Pass Quest issue

So I have been having issues with progress tracking for my quests. First one was April Xbox Live Quest, then again for May Xbox Live Quest. Then my quests started progressing properly, then it happened again for the first weeks of the Xbox Game Pass Summer
Edition quest (the one for ESO, July3rd-16th). I'm also highly suspect that the most recent week for the Game Pass didn't collect progress either, as it's showing as not completed, though it did just end yesterday (Aug 6th) and so I'll give that one time to
possibly update further.

I have reached out to via twitter, these forums, and contacted support via chat on multiple occasion and can't get a resolution. My case number is : 1436178636

I was directed by support to contact Microsoft Rewards, which I knew couldn't be right, but did it anyway. I then got reply from them and was told that it is in fact an Xbox Live support promo, and they will have to be the ones to assist me. I contact XBL
support and was told again to contact Microsoft rewards support. I was now just told by a shift supervisor that there isn't anything they can do and to just post on these forums until I get some help. Which I don't understand, cuz I have posted on here 3 times
in the span of 2 months, with 0 replies, or resolution. Some, please, help!

Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear about the issue with Game pass quest. Thanks for bringing it up to our attention. Microsoft does track the Quest activities and will reward users appropriately if all Quests are completed.

unfortunately calling support directly is the way to get this problem sorted. I don’t know why they say post to fourms, and this would be a technical glitch on the server end of the promotion and could look into it easily

 

Thank you. I tried to explain this in chat, and asked if there was any way they could transfer my information to the promotion team, and they just kept telling me to post on the forums. I'll try give them a call whenever can get around to it.

 

I have this issue as well. I spent a hour on a support chat who was supposedly speaking with an 'expert'. I was told to hit support on the site where u track progress... its broken doesn't work.... then told to post on here. Guess my issue will be ignored
too
