xbox live and bucks deal

The deal tells me that its 1000 vbucks and 3 months of xbox live for $12 can. But when i go to purchase it tries to charge me $29.99 and only for the xbox live and not the vbucks. Is this deal not eligible in canada or is there something wrong with my
xbox one and the xbox live website.

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. The
Xbox website contains information about the promotion. The vbucks will be sent to the Microsoft account through the Xbox message center within two weeks of completing a purchase if the account is eligible. We hope this helps!

Then another sentence in the fine print Joboo shared is important: "Only valid through link in this offer, in all Xbox Game Pass markets excluding Quebec." So if you're located in Quebec, I'm afraid you would not be eligible for the offer.

Paul from the Xbox Forums Team here to assist, it sounds like you're experiencing an issue with a promotional offer. What I recommend doing is

performing a power cycle on the console to troubleshoot the webpage on there. As well please try again on the Microsoft store website on a PC. Also maybe try a different browser such as Microsoft edge. Please let us know how it goes.
