    Hello,

    We have an Xbox one with 3 profiles on it. A 'main' one under my name and two additional ones, one each for my two boys. We've just purchased Xbox live gold 12 month subscription and I've entered the code whilst logged in to my profile, assuming that it
    would apply across all profiles. However, it seems to have applied to my profile only as my boys still cannot get online. Is this correct and if so, is there any way to apply gold to all profiles without paying for three memberships??

    Thanks for the reply. I've already set my Xbox as my home unit and that doesn't appear to have made any difference, my boys are still unable to play online from their profiles...... Am I missing something obvious?

    Depends on the game it might have something to do with their age?

    If its not that you could maybe try Xbox Support to see what they suggest

    If you have a active Xbox Live Gold subscription, you can't activate a Xbox Live Gold Trial. You will need wait your subsctiption end to activate trial.

    You must have an active Xbox live subscription. I had same issue. Researched around and this is it. Xbox live must be ACTIVE!

    Have you checked to see if your Xbox Live is active? On the Xbox One, you need an active Xbox Live subscription to play Xbox One games with gold.
