Discus and support xbox live account wont sign in in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; ok so my brother has an xbox and it asked him to verify his password and everything but its saying its wrong so we tried deleting it and redownloading...     xbox live account wont sign in


    ok so my brother has an xbox and it asked him to verify his password and everything but its saying its wrong so we tried deleting it and redownloading its still saying its wrong but if you go onine it will sign in after you have verified the account please

    Have you cleared system coach by going to the memory unity and pressing Y. Then re download your profile again.

    I tried this eventually got it fixed through a live chat on the xbox website they was really hepful just to let you know.

    Fed up and leaving Xbox!

    If you change your password to your microsoft account then they wont be signed in anymore the next time they try to authenticate so they wont be using your xbox live anymore.

    Is the account still signed in? You wont be able to play online without xbox live gold. If the account isnt signed in you may need to try signing back into the account. If you have trouble remembering the account details you can try contacting Xbox Support
    directly.
